Teys USA President Raven Kropf was named the 2026 Most Impactful WMIN of the Year, an honor she received on Thursday, October 8, at the Women in the Meat Industry Network luncheon during the Meat Institute’s Solutions Summit in New Orleans.
Across 25 years in the meat industry, Raven has built a reputation for questioning the standard way of doing things, encouraging new ideas, and making room for every voice at the table. She has been especially committed to helping more women grow, contribute, and lead.
“Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with people who took the time to teach me, push me and give me the opportunities necessary to grow in this field,” Kropf said. “That made all the difference, and I have tried to do the same for others. This recognition also reflects the team at Teys USA and the leaders across this industry who keep raising the bar. Our industry is stronger when more people see a future in it, and I am proud to help build that.”
Raven’s impact reaches well beyond Teys USA. She serves on the Meat Institute Board of Directors, participates in Vistage, volunteers with 4-H, and mentors through the WMIN and Emerging Leaders programs.
The recognition reflects how Raven leads every day, moving the industry forward while creating opportunities for the people around her. Everyone at Teys USA congratulates Raven on this well-deserved honor.
