Raven Kropf is President of Teys USA, where she leads the company’s US business supplying Australian beef to retail, foodservice, manufacturing, and wholesale customers. She brings nearly 25 years of experience across the protein industry, spanning both internal functional roles and customer-facing leadership.

Raven joined Teys USA in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Value Add, where she built the strategy and execution plan for the company’s value-added and further-processed business, covering operations, new product development, supply chain, sales, and marketing. She was appointed President in 2025.

Before Teys, Raven spent much of her career at Cargill, where her commercial work in procurement and product management spanned the retail, foodservice, and e-commerce sectors. Her customer-facing roles in sales and category management covered multi-species product lines including beef, pork, seafood, turkey, cooked deli meats, alternative proteins, and value-added protein.

Raven’s areas of focus include value-added and further-processed beef, imported beef strategy, category management, product development, and building supply programs around customer needs.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky, with an emphasis in International Marketing and Trade and a minor in Business. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Meat Institute and is a member of Vistage.
